Terms & Conditions:
Please note that returned/exchanged blankets must be NEW condition with all of the original packing, including the plastic case. Stained, damaged, or soiled blankets will not be refunded. THIS INCLUDES PET HAIRS AND SMOKE SCENTS. After inspection, blankets found violating any of the terms and condition will only be refunded 75% of the initial price.
There is no restocking fee, however you are responsible for covering all of the shipping and handling costs for both refunds and exchanges. You may use any service to return the blanket (UPS, Fed EX, USPS) or check out parcelmonkey.com for low cost courier and delivery services.
